As worship planners, weekly we are called upon to put words in the mouths of our worshipping communities. Whether they are sung only once or sung a hundred times during our lives, the hymns we sing shape both our faith and our theology. This workshop will introduce some new(er) hymns appropriate for singing at the offering/setting the table, during communion, and at the sending and will examine how those hymns might shape and form us.
